Let the good people to have guns to defend Taiwan :
One important session/action-item in the T-ICUC event is to let good people purchase their own gun and join the volunteer army to defend Taiwan.
Taiwan Government shall pass the law of "Gun Rights for the Good People Only" so that all the good people not only volunteer to be an national guard under DoD control, but purchase their own guns without adding extra financial burden to the Taiwan Government. Gun only goes to the good people, and government can control the bullets strictly. Only on emergency situation, DoD will distribute bullets to this volunteer national guard.
All the volunteer will take training from DoD on weekend only so not to affect their job.

One of FRA (Formosa Republican Association) board member, James Liao who owns a large Airsoft Guns factory, G&G ARMAMENT, in Taiwan. He said that he can make 9mm rifles similar to Extar EP-9 rifle for less than $300. We estimate that 100,000 EP-9mm rifles cost only $30M. This short amount is very affordable for 100,000 good people to defend Taiwan with 24 million people very effectively.
